Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete production tasks assigned to the stage where the product or process is located on time;
2. Strictly follow the requirements of the machine tool operating procedures and machine tool user manual when using the machine tool;
3. Strictly follow the process documents and drawings to process workpieces, correctly fill in the process operation procedure form and other quality records;
4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of machine tools;
5. At work, improve one's own level and provide suggestions for problems in the production process.
Job requirements:
1. More than 5 years of work experience in lathe machining;
2. Capable of independent programming and debugging;
3. Experience in thin-walled parts and deep hole machining is preferred;
4. Those who can handle lathes by hand are preferred;
5. Able to sharpen knives and design and manufacture simple fixtures;
6. Serious in work and possessing good learning ability;
7. Hardworking and adaptable to shifts and overtime, with a strong sense of teamwork.
Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities:
1. Seriously implement the company's quality policy, instruction standards, and quality inspection rules and regulations.
2. Responsible for product inspection work, achieving initial inspection, intermediate inspection, final inspection, daily inspection, timely handling, coordination, and reporting of problems discovered;
3. Responsible for first and last piece confirmation and sample sealing, identifying, isolating, recording, reporting and other work when defects are found, and re confirming the first piece when changes occur (personnel, machinery, materials, methods, environment, measurement).
3. Repaired products: For non-conforming products, the quality inspector shall issue a repair notice to the production workshop for repair. After the workpiece is repaired, the quality inspector shall conduct a re inspection, confirm that there are no quality problems, make inspection records and reports, sign and indicate the date, and accept the products in accordance with the company's relevant regulations. Record and issue the attached quality certificate;
4. Scrap products: If the dimensions of the product processing do not meet the requirements of the drawing and process, and the processing dimensions exceed the tolerance and do not meet the design requirements, the quality inspector shall make a record report, mark (seal) or sign, date, and handle it according to the relevant scrap clauses of the company's quality standardization management manual.
5. On the day of inspection, the product quality inspector issues a warehouse entry notice, a work hour sheet, including a non-conforming product repair order and a scrapped product order. The product inspection record report is submitted to the quality department for filing and record keeping.
3. Organize and archive completion documents;
4. Relevant quality statistics work;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Junior high school education or above, dedicated to work, hardworking, down-to-earth, proactive;
2. Have relevant work experience in mechanical processing and manufacturing enterprises, engaged in quality inspection work for more than 3 years;
3. Proficient in using various general measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges, etc;
3. Have good communication skills.
